HOLA! Before we get too far: what do we mean by an empanada? It is basically a filling wrapped in a starchy dough! This pandemic surely has forced businesses to close down but allowed new start up businesses to emerge in the market!
As you can see they are not the usual pinoy style empanadas!
Owner Ashley Cayuca was inspired to recreate their favorite snack–“empanadas” using a family recipe. AND man they are so good!
It is my first time ever trying an Argentine inspired empanadas, and thinking about it makes me drool over again!
Flaky and crispy on the outside combined with rich and tasty filling. Can you see those stuffing? Some of the flavors that we were able to try are Cheese Steak, Ham & Cheese, Dynamita, and Bacon Creamcheese.
All of their flavors are the BOMB!
DYNAMITA is one of my favorites! It has the perfect kick, not too spicy and goes perfectly well with your favorite soda. Making you want more!
BACON CREAM CHEESE — The tangy cream cheese goes really well with the bacon making it crispy on the inside too!
BEWARE: Super addicting!!
Although they are hot and ready to be eaten when delivered, you can also pop it in the microwave to have a different empanada experience! Cos we did..
Make sure to try their empanadas because they are amazingly good! The golden flaky crust is excellent and goes really well with the filling..
